President
Dave R. Naylor
Dave brings over 33 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to founding SoundHaven, Dave was Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the registered investment advisory firm Variant Capital, LP, which specialized in alternative investments, serving institutional and individual investors.
Dave previously served as Senior Vice President of the investment firm West Coast Asset Management, LLC, offering both traditional and alternative investments including privately structured investments in public and private debt and equity; and was Senior Vice President and Director of Bank of America’s $65 billion Investment Management business, managing West Coast distribution of all equity, debt, and alternative investments.
Over the course of the last three plus decades, Dave and his team of professionals have advised investors, financial institutions and investment advisors on billions of dollars of client investments, within every major asset class around the world including stocks, bonds, commodities, real estate, hedge funds and private equity.
Dave holds a B.A. Degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University and resides with his family in Westlake Village, California.
